Q: How do I take good care of my item/s?

A: Our items are very high quality. They are not tarnished and are kept in good condition for a long time.
It is not recommended to shower or bath with the item, you should also avoid perfume or lotions in contact with the item.
Silver products tend to oxidize within time and turn black but since the items are made of real sterling silver you can always clean and return them to their original color.

Q: I am a wholesale customer and would love to work with you. How could I do it?

A: We would love to cooperate with you. We work with wholesale customers from all over the world.

Q: My item broke. What can I do about it?

A: We would appreciate it very much if you could send us a photo of the item so that we can learn from the case and prevent such cases from happening in the future and so that we could come up with the best solution for you as our customer.

Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?

A: The processing time for our orders is 1-5 business days and the shipping time will be according to your choice:
First Class Mail- For US orders, the shipping time is 1-5 business days and it is free of charge.
Expedited shipping - For US orders, and International orders the shipping time is 1-3 business days for 19.90 USD.

Q: I need to change my shipping address. What should I do?

A: Please contact us via as soon as possible and we will take care of your request.

Q: I’m interested in getting a custom pendant request. What should I do about it?

A: Please contact us with your request, full details of the pendant you are looking to create and we will take care of it and let you know if we can work with the custom order.

Q: Which material are your item/s made of?

A: Our silver items are made of 925 sterling silver and the Gold/Rose plated items are 18k Gold/Rose plated over stainless steel.
